Prima ORGANIC fishmeal

Prima Organic Fishmeal is produced primarily from fresh, unpreserved by‑products generated during the processing of wild‑caught fish for human consumption. When whole wild‑caught fish are included, they originate exclusively from sustainable and responsibly managed, officially approved fisheries. No fish species classified as endangered by recognized conservation authorities is used. During processing, 100% of the stickwater is returned to the presscake, resulting in a whole fishmeal that maintains the full natural nutrient profile. A gentle two-stage indirect drying process ensures preserves the functional and nutritional quality of the proteins.

All Prima Protein fishmeals are produced in our modern production facility at high technical and hygienic standards. Our facility is designed for an eco-friendly production and has been subjected to an extensive and strict program of approval. Quality procedures are all according to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control point (HACCP) principles.  All lots are tested at an independent lab for chemical composition and microbiological control. A natural antioxidant is added to stabilise the meal in accordance with organic production requirements.
